Like best end game personas to choice from when all confidants are 10 and how to set them up. Some for heading only, some for magic only etc. I’m on hard and it has kicked my as 90% of them but I’m almost through p6

By that point, you should have a well-rounded assortment.
I always had my favorite companions that I would use:
Morgana
Ann
Makoto
I made sure to carry personas that shores up their shortcomings and to cover the other elements.
I never liked using my SP to heal, which is why I always had Morgana.

Well I bought two sp adhesive 3 from the Doc side I ranked her hard and fast first. I suppose it’s it really worth building out these complex summons you get from confidante 10?

I didn’t really touch on that until my 2nd playthrough.
I also didn’t have Persona Royal, so 2 playthroughs were needed to max stats anyway.
You don’t need them to beat the game, but they are insanely powerful.

I’ve also been told there are some type of seriously hard challenges albeit new game plus or post idk. But they said it would really require fusing and arranging best persona archetypes

There is one optional boss fight that is insanely tough and requires maxed personas.

And I’m not playing royal. You can mak all on vanilla. You will 100% need a guide

For instance
I’m watching the scene after palace 6 that catches up to prologue. All 5 social stats maxed. Only confidants not yet max Hanged Hwrmit Empress Fool Magician Justice Star Judge and half of those are automatic. It’s def doable

There is a boss fight that makes the reaper look like a lvl 1 enemy.

Don’t spoil that bosss for me please. I know the reaper he’s got by butt a few times. Would actively hunting to fight him make him a supwrboss though?

The Reaper can be beaten. There are cheese ways too.
The optional boss is absolutely brutal.

Look baw idk shite about persona or it’s parent company. All Final Fantasy all my life. But I am loving the way this game builds (truly intoxicating rituals of scheduling your time as a super hero that can’t forget to take your cat to school) and all his other shits. It’s so wacky sometimes, emotional, etc. I mean I know it is a JRPG so at some point we must kill god but damn it is a fun ride

And I have fairly much surmised the women who whispers in his ear when he makes a confidant is some god like deity

I beat the game on hard and had a blast with it. The key to tough fights is buffing your teammates and lowering your enemies stats. I played digimon cyber sleuth before persona 5 and that game was a nightmare. The DLC boss fights were ridiculous on hard.

If you had to compare this RPG game to another RPG game what would it be?
Skyrim? Dragon Quest? What is this game like?

I can’t think of many games like it.
It has a turn-based battle system.
You capture/collect enemies to use in battles.
You have to manage your time and do daily tasks to level your character and confidants.
Just play it. You’ll like it.
