just followed you on OCN. I feel as if there's minimal structure there and that's why I shy away from it mostly.

So he drops it almost 20 degrees by changing the stock thermal paste by getting through the hoops intel put up to make it harder to use good thermal paste?

Is intel trying to kill oc'ers?

I think Intel is just phasing us out. There's no money in it compared to the market share they have in notebooks, ultrabooks, all-in-ones, even shitty crippled walmart desktop PCs. I guess they're just easing us into that reality with each new release. Before long, only people with custom loops or highest-end all-in-one liquid coolers will be able to attain decent overclocks. Either that, or they don't like that not enough people are buying into their constantly changing sockets, so they're making it more difficult to achieve higher clocks to make your CPU last through 2 or 3 ticks and tocks.

Who knows, we could all be AMD fanboys in 5 years.

That's what I was just thinking. This is amd's way back into the market. Embrace oc'ers. It's a matter of whether or not there's enough money there to create a decent product

Yep, I spend most of my time there. Great community with someone always on skype to just seat and talk tech with.

One of those forums I never joined for some reason, even though pretty much everything I google related to computer hardware will lead me there, as well as Tom's. But I am now a member.

Lets all start giving each other REP. You need like 35+ to be able to trade/sell.

I just never have the time to help ppl or do tutorials.

2 x 240s and 1 x 120..

What are your temps under load?

My GPUs go up to about 48 while overclocked at 1.288v and under heavy load. CPU can sometimes hit 60 or more, but I have a not-so-great block (the Rasa) and a 1.5v OC. How do your temps compare?

You thinking I need more radiators?

Oh no. I just have 2 x 360 slims in push on top and push/pull in front.

My CPU @ 4.7 (my daily OC) it stays in the low 50s and my cards stay around 38-40 in Far Cry/Crysis. Any other game, the GPUs don't go over 35.

ETA:
When I do upgrade to IB-E, i'm switching the top 360 for a 480 and putting that push/pull.

That makes sense. You aren't doing overclocks as insane as mine, you have more rad capacity, less restriction, and push/pull. I only have pull configuration, but I could add push to one of the 240s and the 120.

I also think there's a little impact on my temps because of the bottom fan pulling in warm air from the radiator. What is your pump setup?

EDIT: I just pulled a huge caked layer of dust off my bottom fan filters where the bottom rad fans pull in air. That should help a bit.

I just have a D5 with EK Top.

ETA:
Both our builds are on the 1st page of this thread in case you want to check out sequence of loop.

I did change my tubing and tightened up the loops when I moved last month. I'm now using Tygon Neoprene also.

Your loop order just proves that loop order doesn't matter if you have a good pump. We're running basically the same pump (I have a D5 Vario with a reservoir top), so I think the variables are just direction of airflow, amount of airflow, and the level of overclock and heat being generated.

If I wasn't so greedy about my drive bays, I'd mount a rad vertically in the front, but I've got them occupied by an SSD, 2 HDDs, fan controller, USB3 bracket, and a 2-bay reservoir (it actually takes up 3 bays because I have it connected to a top fillport.

btw, where are you mounting storage? Behind the motherboard tray?
