Just pick whichever one looks better, or has the lower response time? They're going to be the same, just with different lighting.
Just to clarify. Both are LCD panels, the LED just has a different lighting component. I believe that's correct.

It's an lcd screen with an led backlight. I seriously doubt there is much difference for those monitors.

You could start by reading and comparing the specs of each card.
