I'f my heater runs out I will just run a prime test all day. It was actually colder than this a few weeks ago but no snow/ice

lol, my pc is in the bedroom, and that's got 3 cards, and two of them are watercooled so even more heat is being expelled from the case.
But the thing about this bedroom is that it's always been the hottest room in the house. I had to buy a portable AC specifically for this room, and it's an overkill AC, so the heat from the computer is negligible when it's running.
It will be more of a concern when summer comes, but I'm thinking that the mining bubble will burst before that. If it's still profitable at that point and the portable AC can't keep up, a solution is buying a bunch of usb and monitor extension cables and running the tower in the adjacent room I already have it plugged into the outlet in the adjacent room because of the amperage.

That isn't your first korean or 1440 right? I thought you already owned some.
IDK, I have this thing that all my Dual and triple monitor setups have to be all the same brand. You can find a cheap 1080 for a good price, but to put anything in portrait you will over pay for the stand.
TBH using your "utility" monitor in portrait is the best set up. I changed mine a really long time ago to portrait to even TEST if my koreans would do it, well I fell in love with the orientation.
The only annoying thing about having a set up with 1xpotriat and 1xlandscape is finding the right wallpaper.
EDT: Finished replacing all of the Tygon tubing with Acrylic tubing in the WC'd Node 304, well... it looks fckking awesome. I was talking to "She Loves Eee" on OCN about purchasing a "Compact Splash" case this week, idk if I'll be doing so. The Node 304 is really looking good with acrylic tubing.

I have Demco. I really, really hope that shite doesn't apply. I've been lucky... Gustav, we lost power for about 30 hours while a lot of folks were out for weeks. Katrina, I didnt live in this neighborhood but the in-laws did, and they lost power for only a few hours.
I don't know, I never want to move. We are outgrowing this house, but my internet is fast with low ping, power is reliable, no fricking HOA telling me what I can and can't do to my house, mostly desirable neighbors, and my mortgage/escrow is only a little over $1k a month.

I'm wall mounting them, so the mounts are cheap. I don't want 1080 because they won't look "even." 1440x900 in portrait will be very close to the same height as the 2560x1440

Everything.
I released @ 27" its silly to look so far to your left for stuff.
Webpages fit better and I run multiple utilities which don't waste space on the screen. I find it a better orientation for my utility but it might not be applicable to others.
