Yea, I'm getting better with the thinking of myself first. My therapist is really helping.
Will be streaming in about 20mins, HL2 MOD again.

I believe it, that's why I posted it. That's why i just use my bose headsets. If I am not going to get a sound card and do it right then those will do for now.

I grabbed a fiio e7 DAC amp off eBay for $40 to power my headphones. I love it. Its small and portable so I can take it with me on trips and such.

Headsets are stupid. Terrible quality.
Get yourself some good cans with an AMP and DAC. Then purchase a condeser mic with amp/mixer or a simple blue/snowball mic.

Not really. Mircophone headsets look silly and the retractable boom arm keeps the microphone off my desk. It looks silly but once you have the set up, you love it.
As for the desk, idk.. its okay. Really big and just a flat top, want I wanted. Hard to find a desk which fits your needs.

I'm lucky we to have an 12'x17' room for my computers. If we had kids it would be a different story. Might need to build a separate room as an addition or i'll be stuck in a small space. We did have the discussion already and agreed (for now) that I will always have room for my hobbies; fishing and computers.

Don't marry someone who will do that shite. That said, my PC space is limited to a desk in the corner of the room. But only by choice. There's a 15 x 15 bonus room that is used mostly for storage, and I could set up there. That's where I paint. But I would be too far away from everyone given the amount of time I spend on the computer.

Bruce/Blue/whoever else Have yall messed with codecademy? I have been doing lessons on python and I like using that site. I find it explains things pretty well and is set up to be able to continue from different devices, even my ipad.
