Just messing around with some of the settings and what not in OBS and I think I finally found where I need to be for a decent stream. I may tinker with the bitrate by 100-200 North/South to try and improve the video a little bit, but I am satisfied with how it looks at this point

Edt: we are giving my little 4 and 7yr old step brothers the elf on the shelf thing. Yeah, we are late but doesn't feel that way. This is the second one we purchase this year an we have no kids! Lol
