Anyone know how to fix a bricked mobo?

This would be perfect for my itx build

What do you want for that PSU again?

Interesting. Could be a number of things wrong with it. Shipping price kind of sucks though, unless the bids stay low.

Think y'all could help me get it working if I can keep it under $50 or so? This is the same mobo I had in my last ITX build

Might be able to figure out what's wrong with it, but if it's an onboard component that needs to be replaced/soldered, that'll probably require Stout's handy dandy rework machine (if he even has one at the moment).

I probably won't bother with it since the seller is brand new with no feedback. That's begging for trouble with a broken board

Yeah. I did. It's so insanely thorough. The only thing missing(if you really want to call it that) is more depth for x79, since its still an active platform. You may have covered it and I just missed it.

AMD wise, everything looked good. 970 doesn't support The default HT speed (2600) of the Vishera chips. I think that was it.

Is anyone near a micro center?

I'm looking for a 4770k + ASUS iTX Z87. Wondering what in store deals they offer????

Thinking of sending someone funds via PayPal and having them ship both here. I could pay you this person in good computer parts for their time.

Yeah, I think I just skipped over LGA 2011/X79 because I didn't really talk about the SB-E CPUs as viable gaming CPU choices. Maybe I'll discuss it a little, or provide some links to other articles about it.

Whatever Microcenter offers on the web site is what the in store deals are. There aren't any specials that are offered in the store that aren't offered online. You just have to be near a store to take advantage.

I live about 7 miles from a Microcenter. If you see something online you want I can help you. Choose the Northern Virginia store for stock.

No, I just have 1-FM1, 2-FM2 A75 and 1-FM2 A85 iTX builds. 1150 Z87 would be my first Intel iTX build.
