And what is your purchase choice for the same price? You can't answer.

It's a better purchase choice than any of the inferior tech crap AMD had.

I wouldn't buy shite products regardless of the price. I'd be smart and save a bit more for a good product like a normal person.

Not if your budget only allows for bad purchases at bad price points. Are you saying you can't save up another $100-200 for a good purchase?

What 200 dollars am I getting for a good purchase with my wants?

Hint: HEAVY RAY TRACING

4070TI? Hell no, I ain't paying 800 for a 12 gb gpu. 600 was hard enough.

That RT performance though! Crazy how it loses in all but 1 game while also having 20% less overall performance. Seems like this is starting to get obvious and why everyone is buying this card eh?

No, the 4070ti would be even worse. RT + Raster + lows loss at same price.

None of those games have path tracing. HEAVY RAY TRACING.

Those EXTREME levels are a joke. They still go by half raster/half RT.

I don't know man that is a lot of games and graphic intensive ones. The lows going to AMD is rare.

How many pages we've been going back and forth anyway?

We're not gonna change each other's minds.

It was a fun battle, but we'll both have to agree to disagree.

Indeed.

If anything I think this strengthened my AMD position after actually looking up more stats.

Didn't realize the 7900XT beat the 4070ti and 4070 at basically everything including RT and lows.

AMD stats are very strong in certain areas. Just lacking in a few. Those few I happened to be shopping for.

It should beat the lows in raster. It's a better card in raster. Even light to mid raytracing, it prob beats it. Heavy RT like cyberpunk and RTX remix? nope

Benchmarks look like about 85% of games in RT go to 7900XT yeah.

Ehh, you're talking 6FPS on an unoptimized mess of a game. And that's the best case for Nvidia.

Those are light raytracing. Hybrid RT isn't the same as heavy.

A good question is whether we'll see other heavy titles come out this gen. I'm mostly interested in rtx remix for dx9 games. Hoo boy, there's gonna be a frick ton of those ray traced baddies coming soon.
