So I have an FK1+ mouse, because I'm a lefty and I wanted ambi buttons. But I use regular left click and right click, and the only way to use the buttons on the right side are to flip it to left handed mode, which would cause me to remap all the left and right click options in all my programs.

Is there another larger ambi mouse out there that allows use of buttons on both sides without remapping or changing the left and right click?

Sorry im a fricked up lefty

Hardware Unboxed also suffered a burnt contact at 4.7GHz OC at 1.25v. Yikes.

Yeah, just flat out awful on Intel's part. 4.7GHz to 4GHz and basically dead even gaming performance, double the cost and the serious heating issues.

A damn burnt contact at just 4.7 1.25?

Yeah but the whole gaming performance CPU thing is ridiculous anyway. Unless you are going SLi, a 4C @ 4.0GHz seems to be the point where DR starts.

If only that mentality was around when Ryzen first launched. Unfortunately not the case so now that everyone has jumped onto the rip Intel train these tests matter big time in the community.

Which is great to see and only going to get worse when Threadripper rips Intel to shreds. SWIDT?

Intel needs to get ripped for prices and PCI-E lane hostages.

I'm happy they are finally getting shtt.

Exactly, oh and heat issues. Can't forget the most major issue. They need to wake up and no better way than to put pressure on them from the community and competition.

Coffee Lake is a mere few months away and the i5 and i7's are 6 core, about all I've read up on CL, once upon a time I was excited for Coffee Lake.

Today we say goodbye to the Asus AC66U. Had a good run since 2012.

Went with the Linksys EA7500 AC1900, had great reviews.

Full internet overhaul complete.

Did it die or just doing a little upgrade?

I will stick with ASUS routers just because Merlin's custom firmware.

Enjoy using his builds.

Edt: Wait how is this really an upgrade? Doesn't the AC66U have MIMO and AC?

Because Dual Core? (Which doesn't matter unless you have network traffic)

Edt2: Are you hardwired, whole house? This is one of the best things you can do for your network. The only thing for me which touches WiFi are cell phones and laptops.

I've been running Merlin on it for years, but the coverage was always lacking for me.

Much better range and speeds in my house on the Linksys so far, I couldn't even get WiFi out by my pool or very spotty at best, able to get full bars with the new one.

I agree its not the best. Currently have both 66U and 68U.

They are okay but depending on the device my backyard wouldn't even get decent coverage.
