I'm surprised you are having it fixed if it is one of the front and center teeth. I figured a missing tooth is a badge of honor for Alabama fans
J/K hope you feel better cause it's amazing how much pain teeth can cause when something is wrong

I would pay the extra 19 dollars for it, yes.
All I needed to hear. Now I just need someone to reassure me that the dual-channel RAM is worth the $10 price increase. I gave my parents my pitch about my build and how it would be more expensive anyway for me to get a new laptop since this one is getting old as well as a new console.

Haha nah, it's a molar. I haven't reached the pinnacle of Alabama fandom yet.
Oh man, it was terrible. Shooting pain through my jaw up the side of my face. It felt like I had a migraine and an ear infection at the same time.

Dual channel effectively doubles the max bandwidth to and from the Memory.
However, it is rare to see a difference in real world applications, as most programs can't utilize the bandwidth effectively. If you run a lot of programs simultaneously, or do a lot of video editing you may notice a small difference. But for standard use there is a less than 2% difference between single and dual channel memory.
Just read this about 2x4 vs 1x8. Sounds like it would be a better idea for me to just get the 1x8 and $10 cheaper build and leave room for me to add another 8GB stick if I ever need to.

Almost made this joke, but I live in Alabama too...

What I said about the faster data transfer rates is true with dual channel because it allows the CPU to communicate on two different avenues versus just one. Think about it as a two lane road and you have all this traffic going to on specific area. Now think about a one lane road with the same about of traffic. The gain isn't really all that large but it's there.

If that's okay with you then go for it. You can use that twelve dollars to add something like this to fancy up your case.

Definitely not buying LEDs and shite yet. Every dollar saved is good for me.

Here's what I'm thinking will be the final build. I used the money saved from the RAM to put in a mouse that stout suggested. Is the mouse worth it or should I just go with the cheap one? I do a lot of gaming of all different genres if that means anything towards my decision. LINK

I have that mouse and it works great although I haven't been able to really get comfortable with it yet. The build looks good though
Posted on 6/15/13 at 10:07 pm to Mr Gardoki
What does the mouse do that makes it $15 instead of going with a cheap $5 one?
Posted on 6/15/13 at 10:09 pm to tehchampion140
Good sensitivity, extra programmable buttons on the side

Dude, I'm not the guy to talk to about cheap peripherals. My mouse and keyboard cost more than my CPU and mobo. My suggestion is Logitech g400 or g500 since you play a lot of difference genres because mice genuinely matter. You can have a cheap Walmart keyboard and a legit mouse and be competitive.I'm speaking from a strictly multiplayer standpoint and more specifically FPS.
I suggest the Razer deatheradder over all others though. I had the regular one and now I have the 2013 edition and they are just so nice and smooth and accurate. The software that comes with them is really nice too.

I think I'll go with the $15 in the build. Gardoki and stout like it and it's a fair price. I don't need a real expensive Logitech one because I'm not that much into FPSs besides Battlefield. I'll definitely make some upgrades like that over time, though. Can't spend all my money at once because my mom is really frugal and is going to talk to a computer guy she knows to make sure my build price is ok.

Yeah, that's fine and you can always upgrade later. I originally bought the cm storm xornet ( LINK) and hated it and threw it at my wife and told her to use it. Cheap mice just aren't stable enough for me. lift off heights are way too high and you can't fine tune them. Its like playing with a cheap Walmart wireless mouse especially when it gets really fast paced. Yet again its really all in personal preference and that's what I prefer.

I have a broken tooth and it got infected before my dentist appointment so he gave me penicillin to kill the infection and loritabs till to hold me over till next week when he could fix it.
I hate hate hate hate hate hate the dentist.
I had a bad cavity over 10 years ago in my back molar (right in front of my wisdom teeth, which have been removed), and a while back the filling came out. That fricker really did some drilling because now my tooth is just a thin wall with a huge hole... I mean, why not just take it out.
I know I'm going to have to deal with this eventually, but I haven't been to the dentist in years. Been reading about some painless solution that actually repairs the cavity before your eyes. I'll wait until that becomes mainstream.
