i had mentioned in the discord about a local copy on the facebook marketplace being $100. someone messaged me 5 minutes offering me a copy of the dump. so i took it.

if you have a decent PC, i would suggest RPCS3. load/save times are basically non-existent compared to the PS3 console.
but yeah, that PS3 HEN installation is quite the process.
also, y'all should check out that r/NCAAFBseries subreddit. lots of cool stuff there. found this Aub/UGA miracle in jordan hare recreation in '05.

So modding every single thing yourself is the only way to have updated things in the game?
There’s not a single download that you can get and install that will have everything they’ve worked on in one spot?

That is correct. The head guy did tell me they are working on simplifying the process.

Man I want to go through with this but I’m not sure I can. I think installing HEN on my PS3 was about the extent of my capabilities.
I just can’t follow the tutorial of the actual modding aspect considering I can barely understand the guy and he’s blazing through it.
Plus I didn’t realize you had to do this for every single little thing that you want added to the game. I want to but frick.

i'm considering doing a how to video, but the guy suggested holding off because a new process is coming. my guess is the developed a program that eliminates most of the steps. still might do it anyway.

Yeah I am kind of in the same boat. I have watched the videos a few times and think I’m completely capable of doing this but it’s gonna take me a while and I know once I add one thing I’m gonna want to add it all.

Havent tried modding yet but watched your video. That seems incredibly easy. As is usually the case with modding, finding & downloading the needed tools plus the mods that you want to add in usually takes multiple times longer than the actual process of importing those mods into the game. In the video, 14 field mods loaded in 22 seconds. You only did one conference in the video, but I assume it wouldnt be an issue to do fields for all of the conferences at once. You can likely import 70+ updated field mods in approx 2 minutes if you just knocked them all out at once

In theory, you could do them all at once if they’re all going into the original file.
