when they disarm you it actually flies off? I'm surprised but I like it..

Yeah, first time it happened to me was on some boss fight. Had to run around and find another weapon on a dead body since I wasn't carrying an extra and couldn't find the one I had originally. Actually had to loot dead bodies a couple of times during that fight b/c I kept getting disarmed. It made the fight fun and exciting though.

First time it happened I could never find my weapon, so I don't know how far it went, but the second time I encountered I was able to find my sword just a few feet away.

When you are disarmed, you can look behind you and the weapon is probably right there.

The Graybeards aren't Dovahkiin, but they can shout.

so if you get a perk for the first 50 levels. how many skill trees are you focusing on.

How many could you potentially max out to 100%

Or how many perks are required to max out an entire skill tree.

Think it's explained more like: Anyone with time and training, can't learn how to do rudimentary shouts. What seperates regular people and the Dragonborn, is that the Dragonborn can learn and perform shouts really quick, as if it were natural.

They can also absorb Dragon souls. The Greybeards/Ulfric/regular people cannot. Dragons will not be truly dead until their soul is absorbed/removed. I assume they'd just wake back up and continue on, if not for the dragonborn.

The answer to your 1st and 3rd question is it depends on your play style.

On the 2nd you should be able to max them all, leveling doesn't stop at 50 it just slows WAY down.

Nope. There are 250 perks and only 81 max levels, so you do need to form the character in a well thought out manner. Don't waste perks.

I wasted a few. Wish there was a cheat command to reset perks.

At the bottom of some dungeon in a chest.. maybe the lighthouse at the top, or maybe the silver hand cabin/tunnel system up near there (don't forget the chest behind the spike wall that pops out.. drag a body onto the floor button so the wall stays popped out and you can walk behind it.

Yeah, the 81 max level is a cap based on that's what level your character will be once you've maxed out ALL of your skills to 100.. so have fun with that.
