save scum before Shura. get ending. reload and continue to late game to farm.
most efficient route for me - 10.5k in 1 minute on NG+

I just finished the shura ending. What a crazy finale 
And finally got 100% achievements. The grind for the XP was brutal

I just killed the first corrupted Monk and I am now fighting guardian ape. I was curious how much more is left? Am I pretty close to the end?

If you haven’t gone through Senpou and sunken valley, you’ll have to do that before I would consider it close to the end.

Already did that. Just killed the ape and now going back to the depths to kill him and his wife.Im pretty sure I've killed everything but a few of the headless dudes. I just wasn't sure how much was left.

I was so pissed when Owl was like, "Peace. You handle these bitches." And then he had the nerve to show up once I killed them with "That took long enough." frick you, dad.
I was so happy when he got shanked in the back.
I thought I was hate this ending, but it was actually kind of badass to have both MBs and just be a killing machine.

i wish you could do like in Ninja Gaiden II and dual wield them together
at the end of NG2, you activate the True Dragon Sword and kill the leader of the rival clan who has the Blade of the Archfiend. You take both swords and dual wield them in the final boss fight against the Archfiend himself. so epic. Imagine a dual mortal draw

Fountainhead palace seems like such a huge area to explore. With the inclusion of underwater exploration, I can’t tell what I have and have not searched.

Finally got to really sit down and play the hell out of this game. I struggled more with bloodborne/dark souls but the difficulty level in this game is just right. I just finished the headless ape (2nd time...where he calls a buddy to come help). Good stuff so far.

I find Sekiro to be a little more difficult than BB, but I think it might just have to do with not being able to "cheese" certain weapons like I could in BB. I would just run with the maxed out axe and ludwig's and it was basically unstoppable against non-boss enemies. Spin to win with a fully maxed out axe was basically a get out of jail free card. Also parrying with the blunderbuss seemed easier to me than timing blocks in sekiro

Bumping because I have been playing this game on and off. Just got to the 2nd owl fight. What a great game. I'm glad I looked online at the walkthrough to see this path because I do not think it would even be possible for me to find it. Eavesdropping at random times ha
