Hunting at night was the best idea I've ever had. Zero server/freezing issues. Hunted from 11 pm to 2 am. Made so much progress.

Well I also live in a town with like zero crime that isn't related to a meth drug deal so there's that. Plus it was on a college campus so it was well lit and there were a ton of people.

8pm. Busy time for a lot of different timezones. Servers just aren't equipped to deal with that much traffic yet. 6pm on the west coast so people are off work, changed, and out trying to hunt. Not to mention with all of the talk, the player numbers are only going to keep going up.
