Console.
Regarding your earlier post, I made a guide earlier in this thread detailing how to setup industrial water pumps and heavy laser turrets on one power grid and switching them back and forth with a terminal . That was entirely the result of too much Addy
I know what you mean.

Playing this game on vyvanse is seriously some of the most fun I've ever had.
Also, where do I find the different paints for my armor and can I improve normal clothes?

That's the exact reason I'm about level 50 and just now started building the fricking teleporter..... I should've been done with the story mission a month ago..
I had the entire day to play today but fricking PSN was down and apparently I never activated my console as primary so I can't play any digital games.... Which is every single game I own. I said frick it and ordered an Xbone.

They are magazines.
For instance, pink armor comes from the top of that parking deck Saw type trap place.
I've got flames and shark too. I think it's Hot Rod magazine if u want to Google it.

I wonder how many unique locations there are in this damn game. I continue to find more and more.
Not sure how I missed Boston Library. That was interesting. I wish locations icons wouldn't fill unless the area / building was searched. There are plenty of city buildings I located but never searched before.
Getting all the bobblheads without googling locations is going to be rough.

What type of armor/clothes should I get/where?
You will get upgrades throughout the game.
If you work on some railroad quests you will also get ballistic weave based underarmour which helps with survivability. (this is from Tinker-Tom at railroad HQ).
Also, I recommend building a container at one of your settlements and storing some extra decent armor/weapons there. You can later have your settlers use that to help fend off settlement attacks.
Welcome to fallout !
