ETA: It really bothers me that I missed those two self-res snipes.
1st of all I have zero recollection of this game. Like none at all. When you talked about it in passing the other day, I still had no idea what you were talking about. Thought you meant you had 45 in a standard game solo. That should tell you a bit about my state. Couple notes.
1. I count 46 not 45.
2. Ummm yes, I was terrible, first 4 rounds I was rushing in like a chicken with my head cut off. That first FOH was so off, I could have just shot that guy in the back.
3. I find it hilarious that I was wearing pink.
4. Thank the Lord you didn't have our mics on in the video.

Hah, just making sure you weren't saying that it's a no skill gun. Some people choose to believe that. It's very hard to use now. I'm actually better with my Nirwen's when you compare just those two, but as you could see, I snipe a lot and TLW is better for me so I have something for up close against shotguns. That's pretty much the case with all three of us. Although, Totes is becoming a damn good shotgunner.

Just one of the many factors that makes that my favorite Trials run that we've done. Random teabagging, The Weekend in the background, and the f-bombs were also part of that.

The map definitely played a big role in that. I didn't play two weeks ago on Widow's Court, but I would bet that pulses dominated the kill percentages on that one. The patch was also this week, too. People spent months using TLW, Thorn, or Hawkmoon in year 1, so everyone is probably trying to get back to it now since Thorn is gone and Hawkmoon just took a big hit.

Edit: saw you said primary but see below.
If you look at the stats in more detail you would see that it ranked like this in weapon type.
1. Sniper around 26%
2. Shotgun around 24%
3. Pulse Rifle around 14%
4. Hand Cannon around 10%
5. Auto rifle around 7.4%
The others are too low to care.
Now take into account that there are like 6 really good pulse rifles to choose from and only a couple of hand cannons. That is why TLW was used more than any one pulse rifle.
Still pulse rifle was the most kills for a primary. They just have more options so it balances more with each one.

By the way, what was that Mudaro guy, or whatever his name is, run with when you played with him? To be that good, I imagine he can do it all, but I was just curious as to what he typically runs with.

Him and the other guy I played with ran with TLW and Conspiracy theory. When we were loading in I asked if they were going to snipe or what and they said rushing and shotgunning was their strong suit.

That's definitely how I approach it. I tend to save it for their supers. The one golden gun they got in that match was already weak, so I thought I could get him, but TLW took a while to fire.

I have been having it. It is not that great. It is pointless for somebody who uses a sniper. Shoots so slow.
It is just like I told you guys in year one, when beef wanted a Hawkmoon so bad. You won't care once you get it.
