So, i played the Mod for wayyy too much time. I am just getting the chance to play the standalone today. Few questions, is blood still the same? Only way to gain some back is by a BB or cooked meat? Also, what settings are y'all running? My FPS just around a ton on this game.

Not really sure if you regain it by eating yet. Blood transfusions, but it has to be the correct blood type.

I get pretty decent 50s-60s when the server only has 20 or so people in it. If it's a full server with 40 people it's lag city and fps is terrible.

It's a 5 step process:
Draw blood
Test blood
Fill blood bag
Connect blood bag and IV
Give transfusion

I have everything off or on low. DayZ/Arma games are terribly optimized for everything. There's not a way to really get great frames. I had good luck by using a Ramdisk before(went from fps in the 30s to fps in the 70s) but the game is like 5gbs soooo you will need a lot of ram to do that.

How long does it take for loot to respawn? I played earlier today and i feel like i'm scavenging through the same loot piles from 3 hours ago.
