Took down the dancer in NG+ last night. Trying to do NG+, and NG++ capped at SL125.
New favorite weapon is definitely the Dragonslayer Sword Spear. Absolutely in love with this weapon right now.
Re-specced again to have 40 Dex, 60 Fai, 24 Att, 27 Vig, and then minimums for everything else. So I'm kind of a glass cannon.

I have not respec'd yet... I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet, I'll probably look into what to do just before I go into NG+ - I'm thinking more of a build similar to what Carson had in his Nameless king video... don't know though. I do want to play with a shield for at least one of these playthroughs, would be fun to go back to that

Vitality 11
Strength 46

Intelligence 40
Faith 31

That gives you enough room to do whatever you want. Can throw on the Hunter's Ring and Knight's ring to up STR and DEX by 5, or if I want to run as a sorcerer, I can throw on Scholar and Priestess rings to up my intelligence and faith to 45/35 (45 INT lets you cast soul stream
) Only sorcery I cant cast is crystal soul spear, but ill probably get up there in NG+ I've upgraded every weapon to at least +3 (and many to +6), killed all the NPCs except Yuria and Andre, bought all the gear, and done most everything I can do. about to place the souls on the thrones and take on the Soul. only questline i truly fricked up is Sirris', which I never even got to start smh. frickin rosarias fingers

Sirris' is easy to follow if you don't have to frick around with Rosaria. She has the most interesting questline; probably my favorite character in the game.

I think that's why I want to max all covenants in my first play through. That way I wont have to mess with Rosaria in the 2nd play through, and can hopefully finish all storylines in my NG+ play through?

ETA: I got 5 human dregs. Finished the fingers, finished watchdogs, and finished mound makers... For proofs and dregs... I'll finish them in NG+. It's time to finish this game for the first time

I could see the former, but I'd never go back to the tree. She'd have to say something like "would'st thou summon me back where the tree was"

Beat Dragonslayer sl1. Some of the run backs are what make this so difficult. It annoys me that this game's shortcuts often amount to unlocking a long elevator ride.

lol yup. I did them a few times and taking a break for a while. It's one I know I can do, but the second form is tricky and everything is a one-shot.

Other than my old archenemy in DS3, Mr. Camera Angles... this was actually a pretty fun fight
So does this mean I'm done with the hard bosses now?
ETA: I cry... because, if it's true.. that means this could very well be the last time I will ever have had to git gud... and it's sad to think that. It's been a fun ride, now onto NG+.
