Finally got all the spell achievements and re allocated points I had in luck into faith so I can use darkmoon blade and sacred oath. The farming man, the farming.

I managed to mess up every quest line on my first play through. Taking a more challenging approach to my second play through. No help except for bosses, and not playing the knight class

For the Spells/Pyro/Miracles/etc trophies, do you have to have them all at once or just have possessed each one at some point?
Posted on 4/23/16 at 10:34 am to Rand AlThor
All at the same time I believe
Posted on 4/23/16 at 11:27 am to Rand AlThor
Have them all on one character.

Did you farm for the fricking proof of concord kept's? I want Darkmoon Blade so bad, but it's impossible to get summoned.

not looking forward to farming covenant materials.

I bumped my luck to over 60 (with souls from farming), gsr +1, symbol of avarice, gold coins and it still took me several hours. It has the worst drop rates in the whole series. I'm working in rings now, which I'll have to go to NG+3 to get the trophy.

Beat the fricking boss... I'm starting to understand what you meant when you said this game is just stupid to be stupid. There was no need to infinite stamina, and there was sure as frick no need for clones, that if you killed did absofricking nothing for you, so why even try?!?! Ugh, WHY?!?!?!
P.S: I had to drop my 30% equipment load and go heavier armor with a shield... THAT is not what I've known to be a part of these games, I should be able to play my style and not have 1/2 the stamina I need to actually dodge your stupid infinite stamina bullshite boss

I really hope they address this in future patches. The covenant system is just broken. Why have two that do the exact same thing? You'll never get summoned, because most inexperienced players are already running around with a full party of sunbros. And why would you ever invade? You're just going to get ganked
All that said, I have been loving the PVP fight clubs.

#lesigh... and I screwed up the king ending as well. frick this game right now

I just started NG+2 and going for the ending again. Owned all the bosses on NG+.
Stamina needs a buff. Some enemies and bossss move quicker than they do in Bloodborne; you're character is a little quicker but still uses the same amount of stamina as the other Souls games. It's unfair when enemies have 5 hit combos and have the poise to go with it. There are a few legitimate dickmove moments that run counter to the games philosophy of 'tough but fair.' Nah.

Dark Souls 3 Board Room:
"You know what would be really really cool?!?"
- "Whaaat?!?" -
" let's put the watchdogs in dark souls, yeah! "
- "that sounds incredible!" -
" you know what...? Screw it, let's put two of them together in a sewer!! "
- : everyone clapping : -
smh

Bingo. Except the Watchdog is fun, doesn't have insane tracking and doesn't punish you for every method of attack. It took three times trying to kite the one in front of the ladder without the other spontaneously aggroing, and if they did they would never go back into position so I was forced to bone back and try again. That and the invisible jailers in the Profaned Capital. I like the game a lot, but it's not the grand Miyazaki answer to DS2 as some had hoped.

I beat them last night, it actually felt kind of typical souls fashion... I shot an arrow at one of them from behind a wall and agroed him into that small area... The fight, still stupid, and I swear the one on the left side hit harder and had the infinite stamina bar as well.
That being said, this is still a souls game, and it's better than 90% of other games I play.... but it's also the first in the series I would not recommend for a souls newbie

Finally did Anri's questline correctly. I have a handful of rings to get and then one in NG+3 and I'll have the platinum.

So staying vague and not spoiling anything... Does the story make any reference to where dark souls 2 happens in the grand scheme of things?
