For those that are upgrading BF4 from the PS4 version, redeem the $10 code you get with your PS4 before you upgrade so that BF4 is essentially free.

I got into a conquest server for like a minute, capped a flag, shot a car with my tank, then booted.
I guess this is just how it goes for launches.

If you're getting the CE-34878-0 Error, this seems to be working for me:
At the dashboard, go to Settings, then PSN, then disconnect from PSN.
Open BF4. It will tell you you have to be connected to play multiplayer, etc, but at least you're at the main screen.
Then, hit the PS button to go back to the dashboard, go back to settings, and then log back into PSN.
That at least allows you to bypass the crash at the main menu. Of course, you have to do this every time you quit a server, but it beats not playing at all.

I got into an Obliteration match 14 vs. 14. It was pretty fun. I actually have to get used to how smooth it plays. This is making me wish BF3 was on PS4 though.
