I'm torn on whether to get for my ps5 or pc... I've never played on pc but the thought of using a mouse for aiming seems appealing but using the wasd to move seems very unappealing lol. Using a controller on PC seems like might as well just play on console? I've sat out a few battlefield games but this has me interested. My fave by far is still bad company 2. Man what a time to be alive for that game lol.

Do we know if this will be on EA Play or Game Pass? Otherwise, I think I'm out. It just wasn't a good showing.

EA has a reputation of releasing games to the EA vault many months after release so I doubt it

I watched his review and it's not like he was blasting it, and even said the good outweighed the bad.

Most of his "bad" were not even massive issues, but details that could be changed in the game play.

I'd say PC, Battlefield is a PC game first and the community is better IMO. BF's best experience is on PC.

It's pretty second nature after a bit. You don't really notice it. As for aiming with a mouse first time, more control and accuracy but again not hard to master or get used to.

Rumor is that the Hazard mode is like Escape from Tarkov.

Explain EfT to me like I’m 5

I’ve seen gameplay but I’m still not 100% sure of what’s going on or the actual objective.

I don't play it either, prob not seen much more than you.

I know it's realistic, 1-2 shots you die and I think you lose your gear. I think the goal is to loot, killing others and then getting out. It's got some MMO to it and aRPG.

Portal leaked a bit, keeping it mostly OG. I am so ready for some next Gen BF3.

quote:

1) Original BF3 revive mechanic is there, squad revives as BF3 characters is also possible, but with another animation. You pull out a stim shot or something. (LINK )

2) Original voiceline are there aswell. Best one I noticed, was "Grenade out motherfrickers" as BF3 Assault (LINK )

3) BF3 Squad perks are not there, but every class has it's own unique perk now, for example Assault has extra frags and underbarrel rounds (LINK )

4) Standard BF3 class locked primaries, aswell as a pool of shared guns, like the the Spas-12, AS-VAL etc.

I've been OOTL. Is the BF3 remaster still happening or is it part of Portal now?

Battlefield 1942, Battlefield Bad Company 2, and Battlefield 3 are all remastered in Portal and with full custom user lobbies.

Caspian Border and Nosehair Canals are the two most overrated Battlefield 3 maps ever. It's pretty impressive that they'd drown players in that kind of dross.

The disappointment is mounting. This is trash.

Lol now your lack of knowledge is showing Caspian is one of the most loved maps and highest voted community choice. OOF.

You're just forcing your shtick.
