Meh...still is a really bad decision.
I'm just glad I don't have to get excited over nothing this year.

They are more geared towards gamers. You just won't get most of that news out. You get a lot more buzz at E3 like when Nintendo showed off the 3DS, it was a big hit with everyone.

Nintendo will be at E3.

They'll be at E3 with demos for the press and a presentation for retailers and investors.. Their traditional press conference is being dropped in favor of Nintendo Direct

I know that.
This is another case of reading a headline and not actually reading an article, and then it leads to threads that have titles like this one. You see a lot of this in the political board.
The interesting thing about this is that with only two major press conferences it really puts the pressure on them. If one outdoes the other one then it will be immediately obvious who the "loser" of E3 will be. I say the pressure is on Microsoft.
While Nintendo has had a rocky start, the machine has yet to unveil the games that everyone knows is coming and that they already want.
Sony has a machine that everyone wants to see more of.
While Microsoft is going to unveil a machine that already has a whole lot of negative rumors flying around about it.

This year's E3 is nothing more than the PS4/720 show, they should concentrate on making actual games for the U.

Just let them have their "Nintendo sucks and is going to fail soon" circle-jerk. No need to bring logic or facts into this thread.
