Does it take you 30 seconds to do your business? Toilet time is supposed to be fun time, not rush time.
I don't have time either, get in, do my business and get out. I don't have a wife (anymore) or kids so I don't need the quite time.

I can enjoy the cool iOS games with a lot of content, but I played Rat on a Skateboard for every bathroom break at work for 6 months straight. $1 and completely mindless. I think it's what you are looking for.

I checked to see if it was iPhone, so look in to Fragger as well. You're basically a commando having to lob grenades at immobile and scared terrorists. As it should be.

Friend of mine here at work tried to find it on Cydia on his jailbroken iPhone and the file was deleted or something. He didn't want to pay for it. Where did you find it?

Installous usually has a bunch of different downloads for each app. He may have to download an older version.
I just downloaded Ski Safari. It's a pretty fun game.

There were about 6 copies of the newest version all uploaded by the same guy
