I'd say 16 is plenty, but that's up to you. 16 is the nice round number since I doubt either tournament will get enough participants to make it to 32 teams.

I have created the bracket but I'm waiting for HottyToddy7 to pick a team so I can put that in before I publish it and cannot make changes. I have done the random seeding by closing my eyes and clicking the randomize button several times. The list of participants has been updated according to seeding. Match-ups are standard 1vs16 2vs15 etc.
