MGS4 - When Does It Feel Like MGS??

I just split from Meryl. Up to this point, it feels like the tactical espionage action is missing. Is the rest of the game similar to what I've played so far? If so.....WTF? I dislike.

What part exactly? Did you just make through the multiple levels on the building they were in? Also, it's the first act.

Just to satisfy your stupid self, it honestly never felt right until you visit an area from MGS. I always think of running around facilities, hiding in boxes or behind walls when I think of these games. Running around city streets or jungles doesn't say MGS....at least not to me.
