FWIW I don't hate Macs, but most people buy them because they think it makes them look cool. It is dumb for someone who only needs internet and word processing to pay out the butt for a Mac, and I see people like this all the time.

Here ya go JPH77.

Here's just a small list of games available for Macs:

Games for Macs

And if you want to look at games by platforms, here ya go:

Games by Platforms

You can do the math on your own about percentages of all games available for Macs, but your 1 out of every 500 seems to fall way short.

Not only did you keep me occupied during work the other day, you're keeping me entertained during my school in Houston today.

Your idiocy reaches beyond state lines. Thanks for playing again.

FTR: not me.

I just wanted a fps to pass the free time that I occasionally have. I didn't want to start a battle.

Fwiw I am currently in a campaign on the original Baldur's Gate (circa 1999?) and I'm playing it on my Mac. Like you said, most games (at least the ones worth playing) you should be able to find for Mac. Surely I get a million cool points for playing a vintage game on my Mac. That is, afterall, the only reason I own a Mac.

I really don't care if you call me a douche. The post was about FPS games for Mac. Here is a list of the FPS games for Mac since 2006. I might have missed 1 or 2 but here are the 11 I found.

Brothers in arms
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
Battlefield 2142
Half-Life 2= came out in 2004 on PC
BioShock
Enemy Territory: Quake Wars
Team Fortress 2
Battleground Europe: World War II Online
Prey
Quake 4
Call of Duty 2

I won't list them all but I counted 140 for PC. I left off about 60 that didn't get reviewed. I didn't feel like looking them up.
I really don't see how I was being the dick when I was just trying to correct the guy when he said what he said. So now what you got? By the way most of the games that you linked on wiki are cheap free games. We were talking about FPS games. I'm done with this thread.

Just so we're on the same page...did you want me to find those games for the Mac?

Because I can provide a link for every single game you listed for a mac formatted version. So, if you want me to post it and prove you wrong for everyone again, I'll do so.

It's probably accurate if you count all the games some dork makes in his basement and then releases for download. But if your counting actual games made by publishers, it's not even close.

Learn to read. I know those are Mac FPS games that I listed. Read my post again. Then I really don't care what you do. I'm just mad you made me actually spend the time counting games to prove myself right.

And you've still not proven anything. If you'd like to go game for game, and compare, we can do that. You list a game, and I'll find the Mac version. You won't do it. You don't want to see the outcome. You still fricking fail at this thread, this board, and I'm pretty sure your life.

You said 1 out of every 500 games made there was a mac version available.

By your own admission, you listed 11 FPS games, that you found (you obviously weren't looking too hard) versus 140 for Windows (see, PC means a personal computer, which could be either Windows or Mac). 11 versus 140 is not 1 out of every 500.

One final note. List me that name of 140 games for Windows, and I'll post you a link to 140 of the same games for Mac computers.

I can see you really don't play games much. I'm not gonna be an arse either even though you try to talk down to me here the same way you did in that OT thread. The games listed below are all Highly scored games by big developers. Maybe after you get through with this list you'll be man enough to say you were wrong. I really could list many many more but I won't.
Crysis
Far Cry
Battlefield: Bad Company 2
Singularity
Metro 2033
ArmA II: Operation Arrowhead
F.E.A.R.
Halo: Combat Evolved
Crysis Warhead
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl
Painkiller
Far Cry 2
Borderlands
Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat
Killing Floor
Mirror's Edge
Halo 2
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky
The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena
Shadowrun
Aliens vs. Predator
Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter

Also I said I was guessing when I said 1 in 500 games. That also has nothing to do with with what we were talking about.

I know you've been online many times since my post. You being such a dick through out this thread has made the wait for your response titillating.
