Already about to have a heart attack in the first hour the bad thing is I had already watched the first hour on YouTube before I decided to get it, and I still get nervous even though I know what to expect. Looking forward to the rest of it. Without giving away too much, does the rest of the game get scarier, less scary, or about the same?

*Would post in the Resident Evil thread already made but don't wanna see spoilers*

I think eventually it gets less scary, but only because you get weapons. But nonetheless, there are still some parts that scare the shite out of me

Definitely gets more actioney and the rest of the locations aren't as interesting as the house.

Ok that sounds good to me. Don't think I can take this many jumpscares the rest of the game lol.

I scrolled trough the first couple pages and then stopped. Have tried to avoid spoilers the best I can. I've seen a couple of little things from thumbnails of videos on YouTube but nothing that'll ruin it for me

I'd kill to play it in VR.

On a side note, I love all of the 70s, early 80s horror send-ups in RE7. One of the boss fights is straight out of Evil Dead. I also appreciated the story more than I thought I would.

Finally got the whole game to download last night. It takes me a few days to get games downloaded bc I can only download things at night. I was able to play like the first 30-45 minutes. Gonna get started again sometime tonight. Can't wait until this weekend when I have more time to play

Still playing in VR and it's amazing.

About the scariness... The beginning is def more scary. As soon as you get the shotgun it gets less scary but its still creepy as shite
