Is Xbox live down right now?

I am trying to play halo, but it says something about no privileges. I thought maybe I was banned, but other lives games won’t work for me.

I had this once. It was because I changed to the series x from the one and I didn't make it my home xbox or something so I couldn't play those games offline. Which is stupid but make that box your home or active or whatever its called.
