If only getting one game, which should i get (PS4)

I pretty much just play sports games. MLB The Show probably consumes the most time. Its the game I get every year.
I'm thinking of getting a new one to hold me over, until then. I have last year's Madden, last years 2K, and Rory's PGA.
I've heard good things about The Golf Club, and am considering trying that out. I would probably play Rory more, but it has just become so damn easy, even on the most difficult settings.
Is the golf club 19 worth giving a shot, or should I get the new Madden or 2K instead?

My god so many options.
A very fun game is Until Dawn and it's very cheap. Its a game set in like a horror movie setting and you make choices to who lives and dies.
A free game if your ps+ is laser league. I've had a blast with it.
Rocket League is fun
Some games that everyone should play on PS4 is like Horizon, Last of Us, Uncharted 1-4.
If you just like sports games then its tough because you have listed most of the aside from Fifa which I play.
Also look into Red Dead Redemption 2 which comes out this week and is pretty well liked by most people.

Well, I'm looking to hear if something about Madden makes the new one better. Same with 2K.
I've never played TGC before, so know nothing about it. Read good reviews on it, so looking for input on someone who has played it here.

I briefly owned Madden 19 and NBA 2K18
Both were so bad I dont know when I will have the confidence to buy another sports game.
I have heard great things about Rocket League. Get Rocket League over a recycled and potentially stripped down franchise title.

Red Dead Redemption 2 comes out in a few days. Get that one. Huge, immersive open world with a big story and tons of stuff to do? Sign me up.

I used to play call of duty. Haven't played that in a good while. I don't play often anymore really. I don't even have PS Plus anymore, so I can't play online.
