I always hear this but I honestly never had too much trouble with this level.
The airport level gave me nightmares, though, and I could never beat the final level (technodrome) without Game Genie.

Now for a full complete game, it’s costing about $100 now.
I'm fine with DLC if it isn't already unlocking what was on the disc. But if the alternative is the case (looking at you EA, Capcom), then they can go frick off with that garbo.

Oh , yea, River City Underground...forgot about that one. Never got around to it.
