No. Not at all. It has some slight MOBA qualities, but it is a team based hero shooter. It is TF2 with more options.
If you like MOBAs and come to OW thinking it will be the same thing you are in for a rude awakening.

It's my first venture into PC fps and I love it. I won't ever be able to play a console shooter again. I tried and it just doesn't feel right.
