How do you improve laptop frame rates for Warzone

I do not have a gaming laptop but I have a high end business class thinkpad I bought last year.
I did a side by side comparison with my Xbox One and the graphics were noticeably better than the console. Unfortunately, my frame rates are so laggy it’s almost unplayable.
So my question is... What settings in the game or laptop do I need to change to decrease the image resolution and hopefully boost frame rates?

Drop all of your settings to very low and decrease your in game screen res to 720p
What are your laptop specs?

If you bought a laptop expressly geared towards business use, you not only have on board graphics, but you likely have a sprouted potato for a GPU.

Do you have the appropriate driver installed for the card? Even though it's a quadro, it should still perform decently

Yeah, it should. According to some of the benchmarks I found it should be a touch better than a 2060.

I was expecting MUCH worse specs

You probably aren't going to see better than 60fps though with that monitor

Has nothing to do with his question tho

Doesn't matter if he gets 100 or 200 if he can only see 60.
Sometimes answering questions is also answering things the person may not know they needed to ask.

Yeah, no doubt. It's usually some retard trying to make his Chromebook level specced $200 Dell run Minecraft better.
Yeah, when he posted them, I was like ok, maybe not a sprouted potato...
