did you try to use the playstation store? because you have to use the call of duty website to redeem it. i made that mistake originally as well.
it shouldn't matter now though. no one here claimed they wanted it so i posted it over on reddit. it was snagged in less than a minute.

I was playing it for blackout and leave it up to treyarch to ruin that experience. Lets make alcatraz dark and add a bunch of zombies to the experience . Treyarch you are so stupid
