I'm going to be giving away my switch to someone and can't remember all of the games I downloaded
Is there somewhere I can access a list of all of the downloaded games I've purchased so I can get them all on the SD card?

I don't think you'll need to. Once you login on another Switch, you can bring them in from the cloud.
