I have a long standing one that I’m still playing but wanted to start with newer rosters. I simmed season 1 (2019) as LSU OC went 14-0 and now I look to the gaming board for advice on what to do with my career. I have an A- prestige & have head coaching offers from Houston, Nevada, Rice, and ULL. Torn between staying at my alma matter to make another run then hopefully getting a power 5 offer or going to Houston. They are coming off a 2-10 season but I imagine IRL they would offer more than the $2 million or so I would probably get to stay at LSU.

Go to Houston and as soon as you have a good season put them in the Big 12 or SEC the next season

Idk I’ve never been one to mess around with conference memberships until MAYBE 10 or 15 years into a franchise.

It's really fun and adds a lot of flavor to the game. I've messed around with Arkansas in the Big 12, TCU in the SEC, and a lot of others.

Yeah I don’t mind doing it down the line as conferences will inevitably change but I’m pretty deliberate about. The Big 12 already didn’t take Houston and can’t see them getting into the SEC.

I do like putting in NC State and Virginia Tech into the SEC, BYU and Tulane into the Big 12, and then maybe UCF into the ACC

Take Houston for a couple years and then move them into SEC or Big 12

I’m building up SDSU for 3-4 years and then moving them to PAC 12

I began my franchise at ULM. Went 9-4 in my first season. The USC job was available I was hoping to get it, I didn’t. In my second season started off 4-0. I upset LSU 38-33. They never passed the ball it was clearly a Les Miles team.

I’d take Houston. Build them up and get a better offer at a bigger school or move them to Big 12.

Add notre dame to the coastal division. They have a contract with the ACC and it beefs up that division.

My ncaa14 disk is unreadable now. I should have saved the damn game to my harddrive. I bought a copy in 15 for 39.99. Prices have double for used copy and a new one is running $150.00+

Anyone know of a god cupcake team builder team to download? I am looking to replace Rutgers with this team and build them up. Preferably something east coast in a not very rich recruiting state to add to the challenge

Generic spread is the best IMO

My most recent dynasty mode was:
- Old Dominion OC 2 years
- Tulane OC 1 year
- Houston HC 3 years
- USC HC

I was holding out at Houston for the LSU job or a blue blood job (not named Alabama). Houston is actually pretty fun to play as in the AAC.

Thanks will try that out. Been playing with Ohio St's playbook which is pretty good but they have some formations which are pretty much primarily running

Okay I played 2 more season as LSU O/C, we went 11-2 then 12-1 and now I think it’s probably time to become a head coach. Arizona and Kansas State are the two top programs offering me their HC job, where should I go? I put house rules on recruiting (Can only offer as many scholarships as there are seniors leaving or up to 15, whichever is higher + 25% must be in state, 25% must be in a state bordering your state, 25% must be from a state in your conference, last 25% can be anywhere) so Arizona seems like a little better of a job but I like KState a little more and it seems like they have a better fan bases. Where should I go?
