Saw a headline saying the player count for Black Flag went up 200% on steam since Skull and Bones released.

It's not hyperbole to say it's a better game. Outside of some graphical fidelity you'd think Skull and Bones was the game that came out 11 years ago. Even then it's debatable that the water looks better in Black Flag.

I really enjoyed just doing pirate stuff in Black Flag.
spent a ton of time decking out the ship to take on those monster ships in the corners.

Crazy that it's still the best pirate game after all this time and the pirate aspect was secondary to it being an Assassin's Creed game.
