Awesome with a BR start that game was so balanced. H1 and H2 were by far the most balanced games of the series due to a very powerful starting weapon.

I completely agree. That's why I don't get the addition of the AR in Halo 2 Anniversary.

Will the AR be included in Multiplayer? I dont think it will change much. It will be seldom used and with the BR being a 3 in the body one in the head weapon it can still out do the AR at close range if they do it right. We get a 10-15 person lan going pretty regular playing Halo CE and H2. We cant wait to get back online and play together against others. There is one guy in our group that is legit. We've all played H2 from day one and are all pretty good players but this guy is on another level. Cant wait to team up with him come November.

The AR will only be in the 6 remastered maps for Halo 2 Anniversary. Halo 2 classic will be untouched.

I hate a BR start. BC then it is just a BR fest like the new games. The great thing about H2 was that there were so many options. Made it more of an attack game. Not sit back and snipe with BR

I fricking love the H2 BR. That being said, I'll gladly pick up an SMG and plasma autorifle 
Still, 4v4 BR start is my favorite.
I was messing with my phone's video editor, and decided to record some of my Halo 3 clips, and make a mini montage. I put very little effort into this (like 30 minutes) and had VERY little I could actually edit.

So basically, your thing was TS on XBL? Slayer is probably second for me. I was huge into MLG, so I mostly ran Hardcore.

I was a hardcore guy myself. To me a BR start balanced the game because it gives you a fighting chance right from the spawn and it reduces the amount of duel wielding that takes zero skill.

Doubles was my favorite. Me and my buddy played split screen. We were hard to beat.
my favorite thing to do was 3 man clan and right when the game started we quit out with my friends little brothers account and played 2v3.

This is my way of thinking, also.
And the ol' numbers game.
We used to love doing that in Snipers. ETA: Did you guys even see the video I posted earlier?

Hope this ships with good playlists. Used to wreck shite in Hardcore on H2 with some buddies. Would be badass if the head to head playlist was on there too, I got up pretty high in that before it became a standby cheesier fest.

I just loved when everyone had something different. Constant br fights get stale quick IMO.

Sounds like you loved fiesta games. I did as well. I didn't mind BR on map but if I was playing competitively then I want a BR at the start. To me the game was less about BR shooting and more about map control.

I didnt hate it but didnt play Fiesta a ton. I just liked when everyone started with SMG and it was more tactical. What guys to go after or duel wield. I Just felt like that was an added dimension to the game. Not just ok lets get the high ground and out br everyone. If you go get a BR then thats fine. I just really like starting with SMG. I think it created more action
