Black ops 4. Y'all single player crap annoys me. Go get in your moms basement and leave the violence, speed, and momentum to us.
You're playing a video game either way.

But drinking beer is much more productive?
Hate when friends tell me stupid shtt like this.
I don't drink because it ruins my favorite activities. Adderall, coke and back in the day meth made video games, wood working and reading so much more enjoyable. Then I learned something from it.
Tell me how productive your leisure time is? Would bet less productive than a video game.

I play video games. I was laughing at one guy playing a video game telling another guy playing a video game "to leave the violence, speed, and momentum to us". I'm not bashing people that play video games. Stop being so defensive.

I think its funny that he argued for CoD which is one of the shining examples of games that have yearly releases with very little change in between them. Multiplayer games should definitely have a chance to win but to do so would need to basically reinvent a genre. Very few multiplayer games end up having that kind of reach PUBG is one of the most noteworthy ones within the last couple of years.

Yep read to fast, my fault.
I'm so tired of that line of thinking. I hear it all the time even from ppl posting about gaming on this board. It is fckking ridiculous.
You know the ppl i'm talking about.

Yeah you hear it a lot from people that have no problem watching 3 hours of shite Netflix shows a night too
It can get to a point where it is detrimental to your growth as a person if it absorbs literally every second of your free time, but as long as you’re not an idiot about it then it’s a fine hobby.

Yeah the ppl with the most unproductive leisure time are usually the ones telling you how unproductive video games are in life.

Video games, specifically PC gaming opened the door to so much in my life. I contribute everything to that hobby.
..and it all started with video games.

He had no clear line of thought at first. Just injection of personal preference.
It came together better in the end. We all good now.

The beginning was mainly a troll then developed into an argument/debate.
Btw I guess people didn't get it when I quoted Dr. Disrespects saying that I was trolling.

Yeah all good. But it surely sounded serious.
.....
Edt: it was everything else outside of Dr disrespect that was alarming.

If a MP player game is going to compete for GotY I think it should also have a campaign or a one-player mode added to it, IE Destiny.
Destiny 1 is a perfect example after the Vault of Glass and Trials of Osiris debuted. The best of both worlds. No competitive multiplayer game has been relatively close in terms of replayability since the release of that game. And I played the shite out of Fortnite from the start until the end of season 4.
Just my two cents.

Destiny 1 after year 1 was a great game.

Too early for me to tell but God of War was incredible. This will give it a run for its money though.
I don't think it's wrong to give Fortnite a nomination though.

This will be the next game I knock out after RDR2 so maybe in a few months. It will be a nice change of pace. I really enjoyed shovel knight so I figured that would be similar except better.
