FPS Gaming Monitor Suggestions

Looking to buy a gaming monitor and don't really know what to purchase. All I really play is FPS like Halo and COD on my xbox one. Any suggestions? Budget around $300 to $400.

If regular, just get a 75hz. If new one that can go to 120hz, get a 144hz.

Nothing, just a waste of money unless you get them at similar prices or want to upgrade to a new Xbox
