This was pretty much what I was going to post. It wasn't a bad game at all, but there are obviously much better FFs out there. If you're a fan of the series though I would definitely pick it up now. If not, wait for the sale.

Honestly, if you want a more recent game that is everything FF wishes it could be, find a copy of Lost Odyssey. Sadly, it is only on Xbox 360 though.
