Sorry about that. We are in the process of upgrading from 15 mbps to 30 mbps. Dealing with Charter is shitty as hell though

Yep. The people who haven't played a game need to be booted or else I'm probably going to bail. When you have the right combination of people who are willing to play multiple games a week, this can be fun. But when you have people who will go a week without posting anything or playing a game it flat out sucks.
