The Super Nintendo and PSX days of Final Fantasy were pretty amazing as far as video game music goes.
I really liked the musical touches in Bioshock Infinite. I won't go any further into it, but it really plays into the craziness that is afoot in Columbia.

Not cause they are bad...but because it creeps me the frick out.

The entire score for Metroid Prime is amazing. But the title theme sets the stage perfectly.
And of course all the Zelda games are perfect. Saw the Zelda Orchestra in Dallas last year, how many franchises
Have that? The at sea music on the Windwaker is my favorite. The chellos are beautiful.
