Good reviews, my life is over, I can see my class grades falling now

LINK

I'd love to see a new Rome: Total War on this engine.

one of the pluses of buying a mac= not getting sucked into such games. Although, after reading the reviews and previews, I almost want to go out and buy a new PC.

A new "Total War" game....yay? I'm surprised they're still making those - once you've played one you've played them all imo. I have Rome and got some good mileage out of it but most likely wouldn't get another in the series.

I know the Total War series has been held as "one of" the best strategy series in PC gaming... But honestly i've never really played any version of it. A friend of mine played Rome Total War and said he liked it. Can any of you explain why this game is so addicting? I'm interested

I still think the original Medieval: total war is the best of the bunch.

Eh, I really don't see that time setting being as fun as medieval.

Really enjoyed medieval 2....only thing this has over that one at first glance is the ability to finally conduct naval battles.
