i've been playing in a tournament every week on tgctours.com for the past few months, and the work that goes into these user created courses is phenomenal.

literally all EA has to do is make a football game with generic teams/players and a great editor and the users would have the entire NCAA down to FCS created within months, how hard is this really? maybe 2k should actually be the ones to do it, they can dedicate all their resources to gameplay instead of making teams, because madden still has a lot of issues that ncaa had in 2014. allow us to upload logos for our teams, put in complete sliders, and let the community tweak the game into perfection

There’s supposedly some guys on Twitter that’s trying to make another generic NCAA game. They’ve been developing it forever now, seems like a scam.
