How do you play frontline?

easiest "hard" I've ever played. There was only one point I had trouble and my squad was out of fricking ammo.

Just realized frontline was for PS3 only

I just played two more team assault matches and I fricking love this game more than BFBC2. I have seen nothing so far to denote a 6.0 review.

I like it.
I also think BFBC2 > MW2.

i love how all the weapons shoot. I was using shotgun, M60, sniping, all back and forth.

what level do you have to reach in MP to have your guys look like tier 1 guys?

I like the game so far. It isn't great, and I will definitely be buying Black Ops, but it is pretty enjoyable.

I have to say that I also love the way the weapons feel. The sound is amazing in single player. I like that I can change the fire rate on my M4, too. I'm much better at single shot firing in fire fights. The graphics are decent. I think this is where MW2 wins out. The game is pretty, but it's not as pretty as any latest CoD game. A lot of textures look bland, but it doesn't really take away from the experience.
The characters are pretty well done and the weapons look and feel fantastic. Getting headshots are pretty satisfying. I wish the gore and explostions looked a little more polished, but again it doesn't take away from the game.
The audio, other than at the very beginning of a mission where it cuts in and out a little, is amazing. They really do a great job of capturing the sounds of the weaponry and the chatter of the characters.
Multiplayer is fun. I am very pleased at how they made changes over the beta, which I played. I only played Sector Control and Objective Raid modes. These are decently fun and I can see that having a group of guys playing together could make it really entertaining.
My only gripe with the multiplayer is that I wish I had a clue what scorechain I was receiving. It's hard to detect once I get it. I like the ribbons and medals and the little sound that comes on when you get one. Getting kills is fairly easy if you can burst fire. All the guns feel good and I can see myself using most of them as opposed to sticking with just the assault rifles in MW2.
I don't see how IGN gave it a 6, but it's not a 9 either. It's somewhere in between, probably right at 7.5. The game could have used a little more polish, but mechanically it seems like EA and Danger Close have a strong base to build on.

I can't say for sure, but I think the single player is glitchy.
When I first played Tuesday night on hard level, I pretty much got through 2 levels with ease. I quit playing in the middle of the 3rd mission, so I picked up there last night.
Well, all of a sudden, the hard kicked in and I was getting killed with one or two bullets, where as Tuesday night I seemed fairly invincible.
Also, I started at the point where you are planting the beacons on the truck, but 8 times out of 10, the guy standing next to the truck would never walk away like your partner said he was supposed to. So I'd shoot him, and then people would rush us and we would generally die. Then I'd do the same checkpoint the same way and he WOULD walk away.
It was aggravating the frick out of me. There were a couple other points also where the partner is supposed to initialize the action and he would just be hiding in a corner. Several times I didnt even die, but I had to reset to last checkpoint.

i was wondering if that was just me or not
i mentioned this to black last night too, but one of my favorite things about MW2 is how fast you can put the disk in and be playing
this is not the same with MOH, you have to wait for 10 developer ads which you can't pass up while the game is starting up

quote:This is very true. I can pop in MW2 and be playing in less than a minute. It takes at least 3-5 minutes to get going in MOH. A small price to pay because the game is good, but it's not on the MW2 level.

As far as the single player glitch, I only saw one where Mother was caught running next to a crate and was supposed to be stacked up at a door. I shot him and he moved. I think they may patch it...most games these days have to be patched once bugs are found.
