I run everything. I'll save GMs for double rewards weeks. Easy to stack exotics.

I just need to complete a grandmaster to get my platinum trophy.
I still got a little ways to go, I’m at 1571 with +11 on the artifact and need to get to 1595 to even play a grandmaster.

If you want to run GMs this season, focus on pinnacles then powerfuls to hit base 1570. Pinnacles after 1570.
Seasonal challenges reward a lot of XP. This can get you to +15 pretty quick.
I'm at +17 and haven't played much this season.
Eta: You're 1571. Just run pinnacles.

dgnx6, do you have all the DLC's? What are we working with on this? Do you have Duality dungeon, Dares of Eternity? I think you could do some legend nightfalls at 1571. Master Ketchkrash and Master Wellspring? You could knock most these out in a few hours and all be pinnacle. Duality will give you 3 chests and they are all pinnacle.
And Dev, apparently there is a witch queen dungeon key in Eververse that will get the past seasons for 2000 silver (20 bucks).

i actually looked this up last night. I was getting pissy at all the shite i was doing and getting low drops then saw only a few things give pinnacle so i had been wasting time doing all the bounties and shite. Lol.
Still wouldnt mind getting a group though for kings fall pinnacle and i believe the master run of the kactscreth or whatever? everything else i can do solo atm.
Oh but there are a couple of things that are still locked for me, like preservation and one of the moon dungeons.

Yeah i have all the dlcs. i feel much better about this now because i was wasting so much time. i wont need to grind every night now knowing this. But yeah i dont have access to duality.
Okay so looking at the pinnacle drops i dont have the Vox Obscura, Preservation or Duality.
Didnt know there was a master version of wellspring, will have to check that out. And ive never done trials at all because ive never had a squad.

For preservation, there is a small quest. You have to pull the quest from the evidence board at the Enclave. The moon dungeon, Pit of Heresy, its a quest from Eris Morn called The Deeping Quake. For Duality (technically on the Leviathan), you need to get a quest from Hawthorne, A single thread. The PoH is a rotational pinnacle drop, so focus on unlocking Duality if you have it.
ETA: Like Dev said, focus on Pinnacle. 3 Strikes with the right burn, 3 cucible matches, 3 Gambits all give you +1 over hard power cap (1570, no artifact boost). Night fall, Duality, Rotational Dungeon, Master Dares, Master Ketch, Master Wellspring, Rotational Raid and Kings Fall all give +2.

Unlock Preservation and Duality tonight. Preservation is an easy pinnacle. Duality will take some teaching, but its overall not too difficult. Watch some videos to get an idea of what the mechanics are.

Saint and I did preservation and a nightfall last night.

Like I said last night, I did the same thing. Just jump in some LFG fireteams and follow. You'll catch on. Hell, i've done Duality a bunch and still don't know the exact route to take in one of the parts.

I get home in the early afternoon most days if anyone needs help with anything around that time. The nights I play are normally scheduled ahead of time (clan of dads that only get a couple nights a week to knock out raids/dungeons).
