Thanks for the link. It looks like what I saw in the game must have been Iron Butte (Black Butte, IRL), which is pretty close by.
The shot of Crater Lake looks pretty good, as good as they could probably make it without it taking up the entire map. I'd definitely like to check this out.

Loved it. One of my fav games. Loved fighting big hordes, it was a challenge. Really hope they change their minds and make a sequel.
