What is a no pyro run?
Not using pyromancer powers to win at level 1? I take it that's one way to make sure you keep distance?

SL1 but you can use two pyro spells, and can quickly fully upgrade it to be fricking op while not leveling up. It makes boss fights like O&S 100% easier, but kind of deflates the purpose of a sl1 to be honest.

DS1? Yeah, no farming for souls. You'll naturally get plenty after cleaning levels, beating bosses. But if it's souls you want, lay down your summon sign for some jolly co-op.
Actually the only things I'll farm for are large titanite in the swamp, titanite chunks/slabs from the dark wraiths, balder side sword, or the black knight halberd at Darkroot Basin (when it doesn't happen, quit, delete character, create new character, rush back, rinse, repeat).

Dumb question, how do all these players keep on running around to the back of bosses?
The boss rotates as fast as I can round it?
Is that because they run around the boss when they are so close to the boss? Or are they using movements that I don't know about, like strafing while running? Or are they taking advantage of the movement of a boss after a strike?
I can't seem to get around the back of enemies I see others do.

Great Scythe +10 is just absurd. Made it through the Duke's Archives. I bet I killed more books and bookshelves than enemies swinging the scythe all over the place.
