And as if that isn't bad enough...there's purposely area's of the planet's you can't access through the normal story-line progression. You have to follow the story-line to another planet, gain the knowledge/unlock, and then go back and run to those areas again.
And it doesn't look like going back to those areas does anything but you to 100% explored....which bugs the absolute shite out of me because I can't stand leaving things unexplored.

It kinda sucks seeing everyone get insane amounts of cash, 1200, 3900.. etc.
Why do married folks get more even if both are working?

So anyone try out Stellaris yet? I like strat games so this looks pretty interesting. Is this a game you can just pick up whenever and not need constant grinding? Also does it have a pretty big learning curve or is it pretty much playable as a beginnner?

Looking at a few reviews it looks like it's a pretty steep learning curve plus some really needed pricy DLC's.
Honestly I kinda just want a slow-paced, mindless game that I can pick up from time to time.

Boiled shrimp look awesome. May is when brown shrimp season opens up but it's not looking good already with the spillway open. fricks us up. We might not even go opening day
