I’ve been looking online and I couldn’t find any confirmation on if Verdansk will be deleted. Rebirth island is way too small to serve as the main warzone map.

I'm assuming it will be 2 separate maps kinda like how it was in Blops4 Blackout.

Has there been a timeline of when this might be released? Would love to get back into warzone on a new map

Dec 16th will be when season 1 begins, which will be the Cold War integration.
From what can be pieced together Verdansk will remain the map for full warzone. Not sure what/if changes will be made to the map. It's known that all cold war weapons will be introduced to warzone though.
Rebirth island will be in a smaller battle royale it seems.
Rumors of a new map to replace Verdansk coming in March.
